Biography

Rossella Belloni was born in Rome, Italy, in 1991. She received a M.S. degree in Civil Engineering for Natural Hazard Mitigation (hydraulics curriculum) with excellence from Roma Tre University in Rome, Italy, in October 2018.

From January to October 2018 she carried out an Internship with the Research Institute of Marine Sciences (ISMAR) of the National Research Council (CNR) of Rome where she developed her M.S. degree thesis on “Analysis of the geomorphological efficiency of river plumes from high spatial resolution satellite data”.

In May 2019 she received a Scolarship to carry out research at the Research Institute of Geo-Hydrological Protection (IRPI) of the National Research Council (CNR) in Perugia, Italy, under the topic “Use and validation of satellite data to improve hydrological and hydraulic modeling”.
