INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
This information is provided pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation, European regulation on the protection of personal data) and illustrates the management methods of this site and the methods of processing users’ personal data. , including those provided by them to take advantage of any services on the website.

Legal basis of the processing
Pursuant to art. 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679, we inform you that the personal data indicated on this page are processed by the Research Institute for Hydrogeological Protection in the performance of its public interest tasks or in any case connected to the exercise of its public powers, including the purposes of scientific research and analysis for statistical, teaching and administrative purposes, pursuant to art. 6, paragraph 1, lett. e).

The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.
This information is not collected to be associated with identified interested parties, but which by their very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified.
This category of data includes the IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users who connect to the site, the addresses in URL (Uniform Resource Locator) notation of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the operating system and the user’s IT environment.
These data are used for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to check its correct functioning. However, the data in question could be used, at the request of the competent judicial authority and with the guarantees provided by law, to ascertain responsibility in the event of any computer crimes committed against the site.
Purpose and data processing

Processing of data relating to forms and contact forms
